Do you have year round and seasonal positions?
We offer a few different types of employment at WBYC including part time seasonal, part time year-round, full time seasonal and full time year-round.
Can I work at the Club if I am related to a member?
Family of member's are not eligible for regular employment at WBYC, but they are eligible for caddie positions at the golf course. Please contact the Proshop for more information.
Are employees allowed to use the Club amenities?
Employees are allowed to use the pool, tennis courts, and golf course on Monday's. Appropriate behavior and dress are expected.
Does WBYC offer benefits?
We offer a range of benefits to all our employees including health insurance, retirement plans, employee meals, scholarship fund, etc. There are employment eligibility requirements for certain benefits, and your manager or HR Specialist can answer any question you may have.
